Marena was designed as a beachfront retreat that feels calm, warm, and effortless. Located in Rosarito, Baja California, the apartment was conceived as a luxury Airbnb experience with the atmosphere and comfort of a boutique hotel. The design focuses on creating a sense of escape through soft textures, natural light, and a carefully balanced material palette inspired by the coast.

 

Rather than leaning into traditional beach-house aesthetics, the interiors take a more restrained approach to coastal living. Warm tones, subtle stripes, layered textiles, and natural materials bring character and depth to the space while maintaining a clean and relaxed environment. Every element was selected to feel welcoming, timeless, and easy to live in.

 

The result is a contemporary coastal apartment designed around comfort, atmosphere, and the slower rhythm of life by the sea.
