Depa AR was conceived as a modern coastal retreat with a darker, more intimate atmosphere. Rich wood finishes, deep neutral tones, and layered textures create a space that feels grounded, warm, and effortlessly lived-in. Personal collections, vinyl records, and curated objects introduce authenticity and character, allowing the apartment to feel deeply connected to the lifestyle of its owner rather than overly styled.
While the interiors embrace a moodier palette, the design continuously opens itself toward the ocean. Expansive views and natural light soften the depth of the materials, creating a balance between the intensity of the interior and the calmness of the sea. The architecture intentionally frames the coastline as the home’s defining feature, allowing the rhythm of the waves and changing light to shape the atmosphere throughout the day.
